Given the anxiety and stress imposed on our clinicians to work safely and effectively during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending any changes to clinician compensation. This suspension includes previously communicated changes related to base compensation, scribe programs, CME insourcing, and benefits eligibility.
As an essential part of the nation’s safety net, our goal is to eliminate any anxiety and distractions for our valued clinicians, so you can remain focused on caring for the communities we are all called to serve.
Thank you for your commitment and leadership during this national health crisis. In a time when our legislators and the insurance companies are increasingly trying to define our value based on the last patient we cared for, this moment in our nation’s history is an important reminder that our real value is ultimately determined by our response to crises like this one – when we all need you the most.
