With years of experience in finance, analytics, governance, and executing large-scale projects, Mike offers his financial talents and expertise to the team. Mike currently oversees the portfolio of Strategic Initiatives, formalizing the highest value initiatives, helping the company create meaningful earnings opportunities. He collaborates with the executive management team, field leadership and other stakeholders to identify, structure, launch and implement large-scale change initiatives that enable the growth, profitability, quality of care and clinician engagement objectives of TeamHealth.

Mike joined TeamHealth in 1995 as a financial analyst and served as a director of operations finance, vice president of operations finance and senior vice president of financial planning and analysis before fulfilling his current position. Before joining TeamHealth, Mike served as a regional accountant for Clayton Homes. He received a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s of accountancy from East Tennessee State University.
