Job Duties
- Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our nurse practitioners
- Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care in collaboration with clinicians, facility leaders, and others
- Represent TeamHealth on appropriate external levels engaging and establishing/maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community
Qualifications
- Primary care experience required
- Skilled nursing facility experience a plus
- Active and unrestricted Kentucky license or application in process
- Active and unrestricted DEA/prescriptive authority or application in process
Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $180,934 to $221,168 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
