Are you a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) looking to grow your leadership experience to the next level? TeamHealth is seeking experienced leaders to join our CHS team as a regional advanced practice clinician lead. In this role, you'll serve as a liaison to, and representative of, advanced practice clinicians, within an assigned region of TeamHealth's Strategic Accounts Group.
About the Role
- Facilitate bidirectional communication among the APC director, leads, front-line staff, and dyad teams
- Drive TeamHealth best practices and APC resources across the dyad book of business
- Interact with TeamHealth and hospital administration as requested by dyad
- Travel for meetings as requested by dyad
- Provide oversight to the regional travel APC, including working with the dyad to determine allocation of the Regional TACT
- Function as lead for sites without a lead APC as requested by dyad
- Build community and shared clinician resources
- Improve overall operational performance, engagement, retention, and recruitment of APCs within the region through optimal lead APC function
- Credential and privilege to work as a clinician at designated TH-CHS facilities in the assigned region
- Current or previous leadership experience preferred
