Role Overview
- Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
- Flexible full-time, 4-5 day/week schedule (preferred)
- Part-time options between 2 days/week are available
- Part-time options between 3 days/week are also available
- Post-acute care inpatient setting
- On-call during the day Monday through Friday
- Day call only on days covering
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- Integrate and work closely with the IDT
- Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physicians
Who we are looking for
- New or experienced clinicians
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active, new Arizona NP/PA license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
Compensation
Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $109,936 to $131,926 for full-time and $26,139 to $31,367 for part-time annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
