Enjoy a flexible daily schedule of primary care rounding for adults in skilled nursing facilities. Target rounding is about 3 days per week. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with an annual compensation estimate of $81,960 to $96,751 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
We ask that candidates have a current Tennessee NP or PA license and DEA. Preferred candidates have post-acute care experience, but it is not required.
