Experience true work-life balance with on-site care and remote documentation. Join TeamHealth: Where your expertise meets compassionate care! We are needing an licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to help our growing group practice in Houston, TX.

Currently, we have two facilities needing coverage one is just northwest of downtown the other is just southeast of downtown. Both facilities are within 30 minutes of each other.

Role Overview:

  • Schedule: Have scheduled patients 4 day a week
  • Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
  • Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:
  • Hold a valid full license as either a licensed professional counselor or a licensed mental health counselor
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation:
Expected compensation is estimated compensation (fee for service) of $50,000 to $70,000 with no cap productivity income potential.
