TeamHealth is seeking board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physicians to join the new Banner Verrado Freestanding Emergency Department opening in the rapidly growing community of Buckeye, Arizona.
This state-of-the-art facility will expand access to emergency services throughout the Southwest Valley and provide high-quality EM care to one of Arizona’s fastest-growing communities.
 
Facility Highlights

• Brand-new 15-bed FSED
• Anticipated annual volume of approximately 5,000 patients in year one
• Projected growth to more than 15,000 annual visits within the first five years
• Supported by the main campus, Banner Estrella Medical Center

Position Highlights

• 12-hour physician shifts
• Independent contractor (1099) status
• Opportunity to help establish and shape the culture of a new ED

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in EM (ABEM/AOBEM)
• Must have completed an emergency medicine residency
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
