As FMD, you will provide both clinical and administrative oversight of the ED, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with AdventHealth’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of EM physicians and APCs

• Promote innovation, efficiency, and excellence in emergency medicine delivery
• Mentor clinical staff and foster a culture of compassion and accountability
