Emergency Medicine Physician In Richmond, VA

Job Description

TeamHealth is seeking board certified emergency medicine physicians to join our HCA Capital Division team in the Richmond, Virginia, market. Physicians have the opportunity to practice across a variety of settings including Level I and II Trauma Centers, community hospitals and freestanding emergency departments. In this role you will work either the “North” or “South” region locations within the division.

The HCA Capital Division includes six hospitals and three FSEDs across the Richmond area, offering a diverse clinical environment with strong specialty support, APC coverage, and Meditech Expanse EMR throughout the system.

Role Highlights

• Independent contractor position
• Full-time schedule is 120 hours per month
• Board certified EM physicians only
• Opportunities available at trauma centers, community hospitals and FSEDs
• Double physician coverage at many locations
• Daily APC coverage across sites
• Extensive specialty support
