TeamHealth is seeking a full-time internal medicine physician to join our established hospital medicine team at Hendrick Medical Center North in Abilene, Texas. This 1pm-1am swing shift position is ideal for physicians who enjoy admissions-focused hospital medicine while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team.

Practice Environment
Hendrick Medical Center North is a 522-bed regional referral hospital with a well-supported hospital medicine program that includes…

• Day Team (7am-7pm): 8 physicians and 1 APC
• Swing Coverage: 1 physician and 2 APCs
• Night Team (7pm-7am): 1 nocturnist physician and 2 APCs

As the swing physician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining patient flow by managing admissions during one of the busiest times of the day while working in close partnership with an experienced clinical team.
