About the Role

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans

Qualifications

• LPC, LMHC, LMFT or LCSW licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Our compensation model is a base salary with production incentives. Expected compensation is estimated range of $65,000 to $90,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.
