Role Overview

• Schedule: 2 days a week, Monday to Friday
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Hold a valid full PMHNP license
• Active TX license
• Active DEA preferred but not required
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $53,752 – $64,503 annually with no cap productivity income potential.
