This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday – Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes: Huntington, Charleston, St. Albans, and Glasgow, West Virginia, and Morehead and Paintsville, Kentucky

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Compensation, with an estimated range of $65,000 to $84,000 annually with no cap on productivity income.
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted West Virginia independent LPC or LMFT license
• Active, unrestricted Kentucky independent LPCC/LCPC or LMFT license
• LCSW not considered at this time 
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• New grads accepted
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
