TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity to grow your career as a rehabilitation day hospitalist in West and Downtown Knoxville, Tennessee.
We are seeking a board certified and licensed PMR or internal medicine (IM) physician to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. Enjoy flexibility with this Monday to Friday day position, seeing an average of 18 encounters per day. You will work collaboratively with the entire patient care team, the advanced practice clinician, and the physical/occupation therapist to enhance each patient stay by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life.
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated range of $241,087 to $289,304 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Additional leadership and growth opportunities are available as well.
We ask that you be board certified in PMR or internal medicine (IM) with a current Tennessee medical license/DEA. Licensing assistance is available. Previous inpatient rehabilitation experience is strongly preferred, however not required.
