TeamHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced, or aspiring, OB/GYN hospitalist leader to serve as facility medical director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving clinical excellence and shaping the future of women’s health services at a state-of-the-art facility.
Your Role
- Oversee the OB/GYN hospitalist team and clinical operations
- Foster strong, trusted relationships across the practice and hospital teams
- Partner with leadership to align goals and strategies
- Labor and delivery management
- Coverage for unassigned OB patients
- OBED and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
- Serve at Arkansas' largest nonprofit hospital, home to a Level III NICU and the region's primary transfer center

Position Highlights:
- Highly competitive rate: $210 hourly
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $40,000 for qualified candidates
- Relocation bonus available
- Full-time schedule: 5 to 8, 24-hour, in-house shifts per month

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of OB/Gyn physicians while playing a key role in clinical education and quality initiatives as part of TeamHealth's Patient Safety Organization.
