As a key member of our hospital medicine team, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality overnight care through admissions and cross-coverage support for hospitalized patients. You’ll work alongside a stable and experienced group of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, specialists, and nursing professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Full-time nocturnist schedule
• 7pm to 7am shifts
• Desirable 7-on/7-off block schedule providing excellent work-life balance
• Primary responsibilities include admissions and cross-coverage floor calls
• High level of autonomy with strong physician and specialist support when needed
• Epic EMR system

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant with prior hospital medicine experience
• Comfortable managing patients independently during overnight hours
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Kansas license preferred, or ability to obtain licensure
• Available to start within approximately 90-120 days
