Looking for a hospitalist position that offers a predictable schedule, strong support, and a well-established health system? Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking a full-time swing hospitalist to join our growing team. This dedicated admissions role offers a highly desirable 7-on/7-off schedule, allowing you to enjoy half the year off while maintaining full-time compensation.

Position Highlights

• Dedicated swing/admitter role
• 12PM – 12AM schedule
• 7-on/7-off block scheduling
• Approximately 14 shifts per month (182 hours monthly)
• Average patient census of 18 – 20 patients per clinicians
• Join a collaborative team of experienced physicians and APCs
• Excellent work-life balance with a predictable schedule

• 310-bed acute care hospital
• Hospitalist team includes 7 daytime physicians, 1 swing physician, 1 nocturnist, and APC support
• Closed ICU
• No procedures required
• ED manages codes
