TeamHealth is seeking a passionate and experienced licensed clinical professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, or licensed mental health counselor to join our team and provide exceptional psychotherapy services.

About the Role

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Illinois
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability and desire to work autonomously
• Passion for working with older adults

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $83,637 to $99,164 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
