Are you a dedicated mental health professional seeking a fulfilling career without the administrative responsibilities of private practice? TeamHealth offers an exceptional part-time (2-days/week) opportunity to provide psychotherapy services in a supportive long-term care settings in the St. Louis, MO area.  Potential for full-time also.  

About the Role

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans
• Enjoy the satisfaction of making a positive impact on patients’ lives

Qualifications

• LPC, LCSW, or LMFT with Missouri license and ability to practice independently  
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a licensed therapist with preference given to those with experience in LTC setting
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability and desire to work autonomously
• Passion for working with older adults

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $46,827 to $56,192 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
