TeamHealth invites a dedicated mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or psychiatric physician assistant (PA-Psych) to bring compassionate care to residents in Evansville and Princeton, Indiana. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver mental health care to residents in skilled nursing/long-term care
  • Collaborate with care teams to craft treatment plans that work
  • Provide follow-up and continuity of care that makes a different

What You’ll Need

  • Active PMHNP or psych PA license in Indiana with ability to practice and bill independently
  • DEA license preferred
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • A genuine passion for helping older adults thrive
