Looking for a lower-volume, well-supported emergency medicine practice with excellent work-life balance? TeamHealth is seeking physicians to work at the Gadsden Freestanding Emergency Department, part of the established HCA Florida Capital Hospital system in Tallahassee, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for physicians with strong emergency department experience, including those who are non-ABEM trained but bring significant EM practice experience or completion of an EM fellowship. Board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physicians – EM fellowship or prior EM experience welcomed.

About the Gadsden FSED

• 18,000 annual visits
• 24 hours/day physician coverage
• 9 hours/day APC coverage
• Freestanding ED with transfer access to Capital Hospital when needed
• Efficient workflow with predictable volumes
• Supportive leadership and established processes
