TeamHealth invites experienced nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) to join our new emergency medicine team at Midland Memorial Hospital, a 272-bed, not-for-profit hospital in the heart of West Texas. TeamHealth has partnered with the emergency department, and we’re seeking to expand our advanced practice clinician (APC) team. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and enjoy working alongside a long-standing, collaborative physician team, you’ll make a great addition to the team. Midland Memorial Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and designated as a Level III Trauma Center.

Emergency Department Snapshot

• 43-bed emergency department
• 73,000 annual visits (~199/day)
• 40+ hours of physician coverage daily
• 52 hours of APC coverage daily (4 10-hour shifts, 1 12-hour shift)
• Located just 15 minutes from Midland International Airport (non-stop flights to 7 major cities)

• W2 employment with full comprehensive benefits
