Our programs utilize a proven methodology based on a dedicated team of Internal Medicine specialists with strong clinical management, leadership and communication skills. FLACS physicians manage patient admission and discharge planning, conduct daily hospital rounds, direct care, select specialists to consult on the care of our patients, and expedite diagnostic tests and procedures. FLACS continuously strives to create an environment of quality and standardized care, while reducing costs.
Hospital Medicine and Post-acute Care with FLACS
The success of the FLACS program relies on management strategies to standardize care, influence physician behavior, and collect and analyze data to create an environment of continuous quality improvement. We have developed protocols based on nationally recognized standards; we continually educate internal and external customers, and coordinate with health insurance plans utilization review activities to create a dedicated team of physicians devoted to the quality and care of our patients.
