TeamHealth is currently interviewing for a Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Department at Fleming County Hospital in Flemingsburg, Kentucky. We’re searching for a Nurse Practitioner with at least four years of experience in a high-acuity emergency department to work independently in a rural, low volume emergency department. This position offers the availability of 4-6 shifts per month with no minimum monthly hours required. The ideal candidate should possess an updated ACLS and PALS certification, with an ATLS certification preferred. Established in 1962 as a dream of community leaders, the hospital has prospered over the years. The new hospital opened in 2008 and features many private rooms, expanded operating rooms, a larger Emergency Department, new state-of-the-art MRI equipment, and many other improvements. With approximately 100,000-sq. ft., it serves residents of Fleming and surrounding counties. The hospital employs over 260 staff members and has 52 acute care beds, 10 of these being swing beds.
