University of Tennessee Medical Center is expanding to open an observation unit within their emergency department, and we are looking for an emergency medicine (EM) nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join us. Ideal candidates will have prior emergency medicine or hospital medicine experience as well as current license, DEA and ACLS/PALS certifications. Shift time is expected to be 9a-9p but may flex depending on volume. Clinicians will have the option to work in the other areas of the emergency department as well if they choose.
