Baptist Memorial Memphis, the flagship facility for the Baptist Memphis system, is looking for an experienced hospitalist medical director to lead an incredible team of talented physicians to provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of leadership experience in hospital medicine in an academic and/or large referral facility. This position offers non-clinical support, a fully staffed program including an associate director, and a collegial working environment with top performing clinicians. This position also offers up to $180,000 in director stipend, in addition to clinical compensation.
Position requires:
- Board certified internal medicine or family medicine
- 2-4 years of progressive leadership experience
- 10-14 clinical shifts per month
- Excellent patient care
