TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for an emergency medicine advanced practice clinician (APC) to join our team at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in an emergency department but is not required. New APC graduates are encouraged to apply. Current ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications are required. Previous certification or current certification in ATLS is a plus but is not required.
Sisters of Charity Hospital Emergency Department sees a volume of 41,000. Clinicians currently work 12-hour shifts (9am-9pm and 4pm-4am). Candidates must be available for all shifts, including 2 full weekends per month. This is a full-time opportunity.
