Emergency Medicine Physician in El Paso, Texas

TeamHealth is seeking a new, full-time position at Del Sol Medical Center-East starting ASAP with our emergency medicine program in El Paso, Texas. Del Sol Medical Center is 379-bed hospital with an annual volume currently averaging around 46,000 patients per year. Clinicians see an average of 2 patients per hour and we have 47 hours per day of physician coverage and 16 hours per day of mid level coverage. We offer 24-hour, in-house radiology reads and we serve as one of the only level 2 traumas in the city. The emergency department (ED) has 34 beds and the hospital has a robust subspecialty backup. Del Sol is the busiest ED in El Paso, Texas, and the internal medicine residents rotate through the ED. We offer very competitive pay including an hourly plus RVU bonus. We are looking for a compassionate, hard working individual who wishes to make El Paso a long-term home.
