TeamHealth has an opportunity for a physician assistant to join our team at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, California. This 397-bed facility has an annual volume of 51,000/year and is located 40 minutes north of San Diego on the coast. There is a 47-bed emergency department (ED), 16 hours daily of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage, a fast track, and a hospitalist program in place. The admit rate is 16% seeing moderate to high acuity. The EMR is Cerner. Candidates must have at least 1 year full-time recent experience in emergency medicine.
Competitive compensation with an estimated base pay range of minimum $70/hour to maximum of $75/hour depending on experience.
