TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a part-time physician to join our emergency department team at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport, Oregon. Candidates should be ABEM board eligible or certified. Samaritan Pacific sees an annual volume of 18,000 and features 17 emergency department (ED) beds. In this Level IV trauma center there are 24 hours of daily physician coverage and 12 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage daily. The EMR is Epic.

Established in 1952, the Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, located in Newport, Oregon, is a community-based 25-bed critical access hospital, which serves residents and tourists of Depoe Bay, Newport, Toledo, Waldport and Yachats. orthopedics, general surgery, diagnostic imaging, sleep diagnostics, physical rehabilitation and more. Many other services such as cancer and cardiology care are offered on a weekly basis in Newport by Samaritan Health Services providers based at the regional medical center in Corvallis.
