TeamHealth has a rewarding career opportunity available for an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant in Syracuse, New York! Provide inpatient primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities as part of our post-acute care practice. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule working Monday-Friday. We ask that candidates have at least 2 years working experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant as well as the ability and comfort level of working independently. Post-acute or long-term care experience is a plus!
