TeamHealth is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our established hospitalist program at Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka, Florida. This is a 7on/7off 7am to 7pm flexible block schedule. Responsibilities include handling admissions from the emergency room and helping with
discharges. A minimum of 6 months of advanced practice level hospitalist experience is required for this position. Outpatient and urgent care experience do no qualify.
