TeamHealth has officially partnered with Midland Memorial Hospital (MMH) in Midland, Texas, and we’re expanding our ABEM-trained physician team. This isn’t your standard emergency medicine (EM) role. It’s one of the strongest compensation packages in the market. MMH is a busy, medium-high acuity ED that offers the case mix EM physicians seek; backed by exceptional, long-standing physician leadership.

Emergency Department Snapshot

• 43-bed ED
• Level III Trauma Center
• 73,000 annual visits (~199/day)
• 40 hours/day physician coverage (increasing)
• 52 hours/day APC coverage
• 15 minutes from Midland International Airport
• Nonstop flights to Austin, Houston, Dallas and more

• Exceptional earning potential (Base + RVU)
