We are searching for a PA with emergency medicine experience to join our team full-time at Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde, North Carolina. The medical center embarked on an ambitious expansion and renovation of its emergency department (ED) facilities in 2003 and dedicated a new facility in November 2004. The new ED incorporates advanced technology in a state-of-the-art architectural design, maximizing accessibility, efficiency, privacy, and security. Highlights include 17 treatment rooms, 2 triage rooms, a spacious reception and waiting area, and a patient-friendly atmosphere. Featuring new Phillips Achieva MRI, Picture Archive Communications System, and ED Information System, the department is well-equipped with some of the most sophisticated technology in the region.
