| Description |
We are searching for a staff physician to join our emergency medicine team part-time at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, South Carolina. The requirements for this position include being board certified or prepared in emergency medicine or board certified or eligible in internal medicine or family medicine. ATLS is preferred but not required. Certifications in ACLS and PALS are required within 3 months of start date. Springs Memorial is a 200-bed facility with a 28,000-volume ED. 24 hours of daily physician coverage is provided in the ED, along with additional MLP coverage. This modern ED is equipped with advanced technology and designed for patient privacy and convenience. It features a dedicated radiology room; rooms equipped for trauma, cardiac, and OB/GYN patients; a decontamination room; an isolation area; and an orthopedic room.
