We are searching for a physician who is board certified with experience in emergency medicine to lead the 21,500-volume emergency department of Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde, North Carolina. Haywood Regional Medical Center has more than 130 physicians representing 26 specialities, including third and fourth generation doctors. The medical technology and equipment is exceptional. The hospital has the most advanced 64-slice CT system with coronary scanning capabilities, and it has two MRI systems and imaging services. Its advanced pilot program for Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) received national recognition, and the radiology department serves as a clinical teaching site.
