Short-Term Disability

The Unum Short-Term (STD) Disability Insurance is an employee-paid, voluntary benefit. The benefit pays 60% of weekly benefit salary for up to 180 days (the elimination period for Long Term Disability). To learn more, check out the Full STD SPD.
