The TeamHealth 401(k) Plan is administered by Schwab Retirement Services and allows employees to invest in a range of stock, bond, or money market funds. The Plan also provides an option for participants to invest in individual stocks (PCRA). Non-Physician employees are eligible for a TeamHealth discretionary match after one year of employment. To understand how the match works, please check out the 401(k) Match Examples.
Effective October 1, 2006, the TeamHealth 401(k) plan was amended to allow all employees (full-time, part-time, and PRN) to enroll the first of the month following one month of employment. Another amendment was adopted effective October 1, 2007 (Summary of Material Modifications - 10.1.07). For more information on the 401(k) Plan by Schwab, check out the Full TeamHealth 401(k) SPD and TeamHealth 401(k) Enrollment Guide.
