Premier Plan

Delta Dental Insurance provides coverage for preventive care as well as diagnostic, restorative and child orthodontic procedures. Under the plan, you can use either an in or out-of-network dentist. Delta Dental will pay the contracted fee if you use an in-network dentist. Delta will pay the reasonable and customary cost for your area if you use an out-of-network dentist, and you will be responsible for charges above reasonable and customary.
