Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Employee Assistance Programs are designed to assist employees and their family members with personal problems that affect their daily lives. Generally, three to five sessions are covered at no cost. If further treatment is needed, the EAP provider will help seek out the most appropriate resource.

TeamHealth offers two EAP options to employees, one through UnitedHealthcare for those who have UnitedHealthcare insurance and the other through Unum for all TeamHealth employees and their families.


Care24 Employee Assistance Program

TeamHealth employees covered under UnitedHealthcare, have access to Care24 for assistance with various medical and personal problems.


Cariten Assist EAP Program

Cariten Assist is available to TeamHealth employees on Cariten insurance.


Unum EAP Program

All TeamHealth employees have access to the Unum EAP for assistance with work-related and personal problems.
