Collector PlantationFlThe Collection Representative is responsible for communicating with debtors and following through on the collection of Patient Responsible and Self-Pay placements. Must strictly and cautiously adhere to the FDCPA.
Overprovisions Representative PlantationFlThe Overprovisions Representative is responsible for processing refunds, registering, posting, and researching unidentified payments. The Overprovisions Rep. must have experience of account research on credit balance invoices.
Denials and Appeals Representative PlantationFlThese positions are responsible for reviewing claims that were not paid as expected. The Rep will file appeals and complaints to the carriers as needed. The Denials Rep will process all appeals including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial/managed care.
