Barbara Blevins held the chief administrative officer position at Parkwest Medical Center, was president of Covenant's Peninsula Behavioral Health, served as senior vice president of finance for Covenant Health, held the chief operating officer position at Parkwest Medical Center and Fort Sanders Regional Hospital and served as the chief financial officer at Parkwest Medical Center. Prior to her experience with Covenant Health, she held a number of financial and operational positions with several healthcare organizations. Ms. Blevins holds degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration and has been recognized for leadership by a number of professional organizations. She is board certified in Healthcare Management and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
