Ernie Varvoutis, CPA, joined TeamHealth in 2002. In his role as vice president of mergers and acquisitions, he is responsible for TeamHealth’s acquisition activities to foster company growth objectives and explore new business service lines.
Mr. Varvoutis has 25 years’ experience in financial, strategic development, investor relations, and auditing roles in the healthcare industry working for Lifefiles.com, ProMedCo, Kelson Physician Partners, Memorial Healthcare Systems, and Deloitte and Touche. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from Florida State University.
